This policy covers the obligations of SkillSet365.com to have clear policies and procedures for the administration and implementation of usage fees and refunds. It outlines how and when fees will be charged for each service offered by our website, and how refunds will be processed.

Service termination

1.     You may terminate your license to access and use the Facility at any time on giving at least one (1) month’s notice in writing to us, such notice to be served on the last day of a month, failing which it shall be deemed served on the last day of the month in which it is served, so that you license will always terminate on the last day of a month.

2.     We shall be entitled (at our discretion) to suspend or terminate your access to and your right to use the Facility at any time if you commit a breach of these Terms.

3.     We will provide you with a copy of any content provided by you and stored on the Facility. There will be no charge for this.

4.     Termination, repudiation or expiry of these Terms will be without prejudice to any accrued rights of either party and will not affect obligations which are expressed not to be affected by repudiation, expiry or termination of these Terms. On termination for any reason:

a)     all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease;

b)    you shall cease all activities authorized by these Terms;

c)     you shall immediately pay to us any sums due to us under these Terms; and

d)    you shall immediately destroy or return to us (at our option) all documentation then in your possession, custody or control that we have given you in relation to your use of the Facility (e.g. user manuals) and, in the case of destruction, certify to us that you have done so.

Refund Policy

Approach to management of fees and refunds

1.     The fee refund process will be easily understood and readily accessible to all customers.

2.     The policy will at all times reflect the current conditions and requirements specified by local financial regulators.

3.     General refund systems and procedure: Refunds are to be made in the same method, onto the same account details, as per the original payment.

4.     SkillSet365 Staff will request an email/fax from the customer confirming their refund details and verification of the payment made e.g.: a remittance slip. If refund details differ from the original payment, the customer will need to provide an explanation and verification of any updated details and where possible independent confirmation from the client organization should be obtained.

5.     Staff are to check the customer’s history, contact details, address and the details of the original transaction made.

6.     Security of financial records: All records will be kept private, protected and secure.

7.     Fee payment methods: SkillSet365.com will accept a wide range of payment methods including:
